EEO PUBLIC FILE REPORT

April 1, 2008 – March 31, 2009

III.  RECRUITMENT INITIATIVES

Type Of Recruitment Initiative
(Menu Selection)

Brief Description Of Activity

1

Host Job Fair

On February 26, 2009, our stations hosted the “2008 Career Fair” at the Courtyard Marriott in Midland, Texas. We solicited local employers to participate in this job fair and ran on-air announcements to promote the fair.  We also participated as a local employer.  Station participants included our Market Manager and Sales Manager.

2

Management level training regarding equal employment opportunity and preventing discrimination (2)

On April 4, 2008 and, again, on February 5, 2009, our SEU participated via teleconference in a FCC EEO training session entitled, “The Nuts & Bolts of EEO Compliance” as presented by outside communications counsel for Cumulus.  Station participants from our SEU included our Market Manager and Business Manager.

4

Host On-Air Job Fairs

Throughout this reporting period, this SEU hosted on-air job fairs twice each month, called “Job Marathons,” broadcasting the employment recruitment ads of local participating employers as well as those of our stations. We promoted the Job Marathons via live promotional announcements in day parts throughout the week and solicited the local employers.
